Our brewers continue to push the boundaries of Barrel-aged sours with a bold Sour Blend aged in Wine Barrels, and matured on Red Currants & Tart Cherries. The result? A deep Mahogany coloured brew, boasting unique complexities that will never be repeated. Inviting aromas of Cherry Balsamic and dried fruits pave the way to a quick tactile tartness of Red Currants, and a graceful shift to a mellowed Oak and Honey finish.
